We are pleased to inform you that the 9th (Ninth) Annual General Meeting of Consulting Electrical Engineers Association of Maharashtra (‘CEEAMA) will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 10.00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in conformity with the regulatory provisions and Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

We are sending herewith the Notice of the 9th Annual General Meeting, Annual Report including the Governing Council’s/ Board’s Report, Auditors’ Report, Audited Financial Statements, etc., for the financial year ended March 31, 2020 to your registered e-mail address.
Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for FY 2019 – 2020 is attached for your reference and records.
Detailed instructions for attending the AGM through VC / OAVM and voting the meeting have been provided in the Notes forming part of the AGM Notice.
For conducting the AGM through VC/OAVM, the Company has engaged services of FAIRACT Events and Exhibition LLP webex platform.
With an objective of ensuring secured access to the meeting, members are requested to register http://bit.ly/CEEAMAAGM2020 and then attend the meeting.
Members attending AGM through VC/OAVM will be counted for the purpose of reckoning the quorum under Section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013.
